We are seeking a forward thinking, inclusive, innovative and credible Chief Nurse who will bring energy and positivity to our dedicated Board and workforce.  Playing a key role in the vision for nursing, midwifery and AHPs across the Trust you will empower our workforce in continuing to seek improvements in the quality of outcomes and experience for both our patients and staff.

We are interested in hearing from experienced nurses either working at director or deputy director level who share our values and ambition and who are able to complement and challenge the experience of our Board.  We are looking for a Chief Nurse who can make their individual mark and who is excited by the opportunity to help shape a vibrant and inclusive workforce and health and care economy.
