In my short time here as Interim Chair, I’ve spent time talking to staff throughout the Trust and have seen the passion and ambition they have for our services as well as their commitment to the Trust’s PROUD values. We have hit the headlines over the last few months with the departures of the former Chief Executive and Chair widely reported in the HSJ. This is an unsettling time for our staff and partners, however we are working together to create a strong culture and strengthen our performance.
